Sewer backups and flood water are biohazard contaminants which can be very dangerous and can affect your homes and businesses. Stay out of the affected areas after the contamination has taken place. If the situation is extreme or life threatening call emergency services and turn off the HVAC system. Try to not leave affected wet fabrics on the floor and hang them instead. Dispose of all book, magazine, or any other objects which may leave color residue on the carpets or floors.
