Recent flash flood occurred in Cincinnati Ohio due to a storm causing sewage lines to back up all over residential areas. The Cincinnati Metropolitan Sewer district mentions how phone calls have been consistent and with only fifteen crews working it is leaving the city with a shortage of workers.
